Meng Ruolan Apparel is a recycled polyester V-neck blouse manufacturer for womenswear brands, wholesalers and importers. MRL-214 is a lightweight pullover style with short grown-on sleeves, a front metal button, gathered back yoke and curved hem.

Customization

For a 75 gsm recycled polyester blouse, the fabric drape and opacity should be confirmed before the pattern is finalized. If recycled-content documentation is required, the supplier documents and certificate scope must be checked before ordering the fabric.

The neckline depth, body width, sleeve length, back gathering and hem curve can be adjusted to the buyer’s measurement chart. We can also change the metal button, provided that its size and weight remain suitable for the lightweight fabric.

Custom colors, sizes, main labels, care labels, hangtags and branded polybags are available. Pantone references, label artwork and packaging requirements should be included in the tech pack.

Ivory blouse. 100% recycled polyester, 75 gsm. Light, drapes nicely. Relaxed fit with a gathered back.

Front: clean V-neck, overlapping tab with one hammered gold-tone button. Pullover — not button-through. No hood.

This pullover cap-sleeve blouse with back gathers has short grown-on sleeves, loose body. Curved back yoke controls the gathering down the centre back. Rounded hem, slightly longer behind.

The shape looks simple, but the V-neck and front tab need accurate sewing. If the two neckline edges are uneven, the button will sit off-centre and the front fold will not hang correctly.

Gathering along the back yoke must also be distributed evenly. Too much gathering in one area can cause the lightweight fabric to twist or create unwanted fullness across the back.

The existing specification includes pre-shrinking and high-density stitching. During sample review, we check the neckline shape, button position, back-yoke seam, gathering amount and curved hem against the approved reference.

Production and Quality Control

MRL Apparel uses pre-production samples and approved process specifications before bulk cutting. Production status is tracked through the existing ERP system, with weekly updates available for ongoing orders.

Six-Stage Inspection

Six stages: material prep, cutting, sewing, finishing, measurement, final packing. On this blouse we spend extra time at the V-neck, front button, back gathers and curved hem. These spots decide how the garment hangs.

Pre-Shipment

Full inspection before shipment. Measurements, visible sewing faults, stains, loose threads. Colorfastness, shrinkage or other lab tests — send us your test method and acceptance standard, we can arrange.

Communication & Shipping

Our merchandising team speaks English. They handle samples, approvals and production details directly with you. For shipping, our freight partners do air or sea. Just confirm destination, order volume and delivery terms.
