1.Fabric — current is 100% polyester tweed. Switch to wool blend, cotton blend, or bouclé with metallic thread. We can source OEKO-TEX certified fabric if your market requires it.

2.Check pattern — keep the houndstooth as shown, or send us your own colorway. Scale the check up or down.

3.Lining — current is matching polyester. Switch to satin, cotton, or stretch lining.

4.Vent — keep the back vent, or close it for a straight pencil shape.

5.Labels — woven main label, printed care label, hangtag. Size flag at back neck.

6.Packaging — individual polybag, or folded with tissue and branded sticker. Hanger packing available.

Production Notes

Bodycon fit in tweed is tricky. The fabric has no stretch, so the pattern grading has to be exact. We cut a trial fit sample first, before we touch your bulk fabric. That way you approve the fit before we commit.
Check matching at the side seam is another headache. We use a computer spreader and mark every piece by hand. The checks line up. You don’t get a zigzag side seam on 100 pieces.

As an OEM dress factory, we inspect every fabric roll before cutting. Color, weight, width, pilling resistance. Does not match your swatch, we reject it.
After cutting, we sew a pre-production sample. You approve fit, check alignment, and lining hand before bulk.
During production, QC checks every 20 pieces. Seam alignment, zipper function, measurements. Off-spec gets pulled and reworked.
Before shipment, final inspection. We send photos and a report. You approve, then we ship.

We cut this dress on a computer spreader. Every piece is nested by software before the blade touches the fabric. That means your check pattern lines up at the side seam, front to back, piece to piece. No manual chalk marks, no eyeballing.
The bodycon fit is sewn on automatic template machines. The armhole curve, the vent opening, the neckline — same stitch length, same tension, every piece. Hand sewing cannot hold that consistency across 100 pieces.
We press and measure every dress after sewing. Waist, hip, bust, sleeve length, back length. Off-spec gets pulled before packing. You do not find a bad piece in your warehouse.
