Products
Skirt's a slim A-line — not that tight pencil fit. Sits close at waist and hip, flares out slightly toward the hem. Looks like the front and back photos.
Confirmed: 75% cotton, 23% polyester, 2% spandex. Cotton's doing the denim work. Polyester keeps the shape and takes the abrasion. Spandex gives it moderate stretch.
No GSM yet — fabric weight isn't locked in. Brands looking for a high-waisted denim mini skirt manufacturer should weigh fabric weight, stretch and recovery together. They all change hip ease, waistband fit and how that slit hangs.
Fit control starts with the relationship between waist, high hip and full hip measurements. The waistband should sit flat without rolling, while enough ease remains for the zipper to close cleanly and the skirt to keep its A-line shape.
Zipper fly, button, lower front opening — reinforced per the construction sheet. On this front-slit denim mini skirt, we check slit placement and length after sewing and washing. Fabric twists or shrinks uneven, slit moves.
Pocket angles left and right need to match. Check openings don't flare after pressing. Topstitching on waistband, fly, pockets, seams — follows your thread color and stitch spec.

Wash development starts from an approved reference or wash standard. Shade, hand feel, surface abrasion and measurement change are reviewed before bulk, and different wash lots are not treated as matching only because the formula is the same.
The old page claimed the fabric was pre-shrunk, anti-pilling and colorfast. Without a stated test method or report, MRL Apparel instead arranges shrinkage, pilling or color-performance checks to the buyer’s agreed requirements.
A first bulk piece is compared with the approved sample before the remaining quantity proceeds. Inspection covers waistband shape, zipper operation, button attachment, pocket symmetry, slit reinforcement, topstitching, measurements and wash consistency.
Quotation, Production and After-Sales
The quotation is based on denim cost, wash treatment, trims, size range, quantity, branding and packaging. A complex wash, multiple colors or added distressing can change cost and production time, so these items are confirmed before sampling.
For OEM denim skirt production, buyers may send a tech pack, sketch or physical reference. The approved sample, measurement chart, fabric, wash standard and trims become the production reference; later changes are reassessed before work continues.
If delivered goods do not match the approved sample or written specification, the buyer can provide photos, video and the affected quantity. MRL Apparel verifies the issue and agrees on rework, replacement or refund according to the confirmed case.
We offer a wash sample service. After receiving your reference image, we will create 3-5 wash effects on the same fabric for you to choose from. Mass production will only proceed after your confirmation.
