Product Details
Fitted silhouette, waist through hip, finishes below the knee. Skirt sits close to the body — waist-to-hip balance matters more than just narrowing a straight skirt.
73% cotton, 25% polyester, 2% spandex. No weight locked in yet. GSM gets confirmed once we pick the actual denim.
Cotton gives the denim surface. Polyester holds shape and takes abrasion. Spandex adds moderate stretch. If you're comparing denim midi pencil skirt manufacturer options, check fabric weight, stretch and recovery together — not just the fiber breakdown.
The raised front waistband is shaped and topstitched, with two buttons positioned above the zipper fly. During sampling, we check waistband height, button spacing, fly alignment and whether the upper edge remains level around the body.
Fit is reviewed at the waist, high hip, full hip and hem. For a high-waisted front-slit denim skirt, the slit must open cleanly without pulling the front panel off grain when the wearer moves.
Slit height and reinforcement are set from the approved sample. The front seam, pocket openings and waistband topstitching are also checked for symmetry before the sample is sent for wash approval.

Wash development starts with a reference garment, color card or written target. Shade, abrasion, hand feel and measurement change are reviewed on the wash sample before the finish is released for bulk production.
The old page described the fabric as pre-shrunk, anti-pilling and colorfast without naming a test method. Those claims are replaced with shrinkage, pilling and color-performance checks based on the buyer’s agreed standard and selected wash.
Once bulk sewing begins, the first completed piece is compared with the approved sample and measurement chart. In-line and final inspection cover waistband shape, zipper operation, button attachment, pocket position, slit reinforcement, topstitching, measurements and wash-lot consistency.
Quotation depends on denim cost, wash process, trims, size range, order quantity, branding and packaging. Washing samples and color cards can be prepared before bulk approval, while complex distressing or extra colors may change cost and timing.
For OEM denim midi skirt production, the approved sample, size chart, fabric, wash standard, trims and packaging details become the working reference. Changes made after approval are reviewed again before production continues.
The factory coordinates pattern development, sampling, sewing, washing follow-up and inspection for this style. This keeps fit comments and wash corrections linked to the same approved version instead of being handled as separate instructions.
Bulk timing is confirmed after material availability and quantity review.
The customer can provide us with a reference photo, Pantone code or other color specifications and we will be able to create several minium quality samples of the selected wash and fabric (at least three) for you to choose from. Once you have approved a final sample of the wash, we will begin the creating process of production garments.
We will create a blank sample based on the size chart or reference garment provided by the customer. After fitting and adjustment, we will then create a confirmation sample using denim fabric.
