1.Fabric — 95/5 poly-spandex ribbed as shown. Switch to recycled nylon, ECONYL, or UV50+ swimwear nylon. We can source OEKO-TEX or GRS certified fabric.

2.Straps — ruffle as shown, or plain strap, cross-back, halter. Adjust width.

3.Neckline — square as shown, or scoop, V-neck, high neck.

Production Notes

Ribbed fabric shifts if the grain is off. We lay every layer by hand before cutting. The ribs run straight from neck to crotch. If they twist, the suit bags out after one wear. Ruffle straps are gathered. We sew them on a special foot so the density stays the same piece to piece. Hand gathering looks better but slows down. We found the machine setting that matches hand work.
