Meng Ruolan Apparel develops recycled polyester plaid ankle pants from your plaid artwork, physical sample or technical pack. This style has a mid-rise elastic waistband, front slant pockets, straight legs with a slight taper and an ankle-length finish.

The fabric contains 64% recycled polyester blended with rayon and spandex. MOQ is 100 pieces, and sampling takes approximately 7 working days.

PLAID APPROVAL BEFORE CUTTING

Send us the plaid repeat, stripe width and color references before sampling. We confirm the repeat direction and check how the pattern meets at the side seams, front rise and inner legs.

If you supply a physical fabric swatch, we can develop the sample against that reference.

ELASTIC WAIST & FRONT POCKETS

These elastic waist plaid trousers use a full elastic waistband without a front fly. You can specify the elastic width, finished waist measurement, pocket opening and pocket-bag depth.

The current style has two front slant pockets and no back pockets. Back pockets can be added only when requested during pattern development.

FIT FROM HIP TO ANKLE

For these front slant pocket ankle pants, send the required rise, hip, thigh, knee, inseam and leg-opening measurements. We adjust the straight or tapered shape from your size chart and confirm it on the sample before grading other sizes.

You can send us the designs you have, whether it is a plaid design or any other design and we will create color samples for you to select. The content of the fabric and the thickness of the fabric can be modified to suit your design requirements and your budget to achieve the desired appearance.

Q2. 2.How long does the entire process take, from design confirmation to receiving the bulk production samples?

A: After the provision of your detailed design specifications (patterns, cloth requirements, size chart, etc.) we tend to develop the first physical sample garment within 7 working days. Once you receive confirmation and any necessary changes, the production cycle of the lot normally takes 15-25 days. The time may be different depending on the level of complexity of the customisation.

Q3. What service do you provide for batch order?

A: We provide door to door service to US, South east Asia countries and most EUcountries. For door to door service, there is no any other extra cost or customsclearance fee. If you have agents in China, we can ship to your agents.
